The source code of the SIGLa system can be downloaded in this page. Please remember that the source code of the SIGLa system is not needed to use FluxTransgenics, or to modify it. Modifications to the workflow are made using the Together Workflow Editor, and the modified workflow can be uploaded to the SIGLa system online. The source code is required only to continue its development.
The source code is provided as an effort to contribute to the open source community from all the great software that has been developed so far.
Please remember that the SIGLa system is a very large and complex software, it currently has more than 30,000 lines of code. Compilation and installation instructions are provided with the source code, but they are meant for advanced developers.
Because of the complexity of the code, and the fact that SIGLa is a work in progress, we kindly ask you to request the source code in the e-mail below. By contacting us beforehand it will be possible for us to assist you with development and installation. Even more important, because SIGLa is being improved continuously, your contact information will make it possible for us to provide you with bug corrections, new feature developments and other important information regarding the system.
Of course, we would like very much to hear from you as well about what you plan to use SIGLa for, and perhaps we'd be able to assist you with that as well.We are looking forward to hearing from you, firstname.lastname@example.org
